Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Curious how we operate? Check the FAQs below or contact us for more details.

Can I test your products first?

Yes, we arrange test loadings for new customers, tailored to your specific demands and preferences.

Can I visit and view your products on site?

Yes, we encourage customers to visit our facility to experience our sorting process and product quality firsthand. Please contact us by email to arrange an appointment.

Which used textiles do you process?

We process used textiles sourced from the Netherlands, Germany (90%) and the rest Western European countries.

Is a one-time purchase possible?

We primarily work with long-term partners, as this allows us to plan production and maintain consistent quality. New customers usually start with a sample or pilot order before moving into regular supply agreements.

Do you offer credit terms?

Advance payment terms apply. Standard conditions include a deposit, with the remaining balance paid before loading or before release of the shipping documents. For compliance and transparency reasons, payments must be made directly by the contracting company. Third-party payments and cash transactions are not accepted.

Do you supply to Russia or Belarus?

No. We fully comply with international sanctions and do not supply to Russia or Belarus. Resale to these markets is also not permitted.

What are your opening hours?

Delivery and handling take place between 06:00 and 14:00 (Monday to Friday).

What packaging options do you offer?

  • Small bales (40–100 kg)
  • Large bales (300–500 kg)

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The minimum order quantity is 5,000 kg per order.
Simple. Professional. No discussion.

Do you sell vintage clothing?

Vintage is not part of our core product range. However, our partner specializes in vintage sorting and can assist you further. Learn more here: www.tardis-vintage.com

Can I order only specific categories, such as men’s clothing or children’s wear?

No. We work with balanced product mixes based on incoming European collection streams and production planning. As a result, we do not supply large volumes of single categories only, such as exclusively men’s clothing or children’s wear. This approach allows us to maintain consistent quality and fair availability across all long-term customers.

Do you have a fixed price list?

No. Prices depend on quality grades, product mix and order volumes. While we work with a sales guide that includes indicative price ranges, each quotation is tailored to the agreed assortment and quantities.

Please, contact our sales team by email to discuss your requirements and receive a tailored proposal.

Do you export worldwide and arrange logistics?

We supply customers worldwide and prepare goods for export at our facility. Loading is coordinated at the agreed port of departure, primarily Rotterdam, with Antwerp as a possible alternative.

International freight, truck transport and shipping bookings are arranged by the customer or their freight forwarder, unless otherwise agreed. We cooperate with trusted logistics partners such as Shipex.

Predictable Supply. Trusted Partnerships.

Consistent quality requires experience, planning and control. Our teams sort according to defined grading standards and production-based planning, allowing customers worldwide to build their business with confidence on reliable mixes and volumes.

As part of Boer Group, Marbo operates as one integrated organisation and is one of the most advanced sorting facilities within the group.
