When you start, you receive practical training at the workplace. During this period, you learn how to recognise quality and sort clothing into the correct categories, such as trousers, T-shirts and sweaters. No experience is needed, we teach you everything step by step.

Sorting textiles means checking each item carefully and placing it in the right group for reuse. The work is physical and requires focus, but you will always receive support from experienced colleagues. If you have an interest in clothing or fashion, this job may suit you well.

As you gain experience, you can grow into final sorting, where accuracy and attention to detail are important. If you are motivated and willing to learn, you will quickly become part of our team.

Besides sorting, we also offer supporting roles in our warehouse and production area. These jobs help keep daily operations running smoothly.
Depending on the position, your tasks may include:

• packing and preparing products for customers
• working with pressing equipment
• loading and unloading goods

No experience is required for most warehouse positions. You will receive training and support from experienced colleagues.
